This policy explains how Eternal Spring ("we") handles information on this website. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts, and no tracking or advertising pixels. We collect only what you choose to send us by email, such as your name, business name, email address, and anything you write in your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads.

How we use it

We use what you email us only to reply to you, to talk with you about our services if you ask, and to keep a normal record of our conversation.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Your choices

To stop hearing from us, or to ask us to show, correct, or delete what we have about you, email greggsilverman5@gmail.com. We'll honor opt-out requests promptly, and within 10 business days. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will honor requests that apply.

How long we keep it

We keep email conversations only as long as needed to work with you and to meet record-keeping duties, then delete them.

Children

This website is for business owners and is not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
